Upcoming Season

So we are less than 2 weeks out for Thanksgiving, and yet...it doesn't feel like it.  I don't even know what Brad and I will do for that day.  We have offered our house for the festivities and I don't mind cooking, but my family has suggested to take an "easy" approach to dinner.  What?!  Easy?!  I don't know what that means when it comes to food.  We might as well order Thanksgiving dinner from a grocery store or something.  {not that I'm knocking it!}  I guess we'll see soon...

The thing I look forward to the Holidays the most is the food.  I mean really.  It is the time of year were you can get away with wearing stretchy pants and eat until you are past stuffed!!  I always like to try new recipes out and do something different, but I guess this year might go towards - simple.  Hmm...  Oh well...

The semester is wrapping up soon.  Yay!!!  I am totally over this homework business and its apparent in my turn in rate.  I miss doing crafts and staying up late for no apparent reason.  Not lately.  I stay up late only to do homework and I haven't done any crafts and I'm way pass withdrawal point.  But the good news is, after this semester, I'm only 7 hours away from being classified a senior!! Double Yay!!  Then it will be an additional 3 years to complete my senior year.  Argh!! 

I hope you are looking forward to the Holidays this year.  This year has definitely flown by for us here in Walle's World, is it for you?  I can't wait to smell hot Apple cider and pumpkin pie!  Add in some Egg Nog too!!  Yumm!

I wanted to update why I have chosen this song to listen to...well...I like it!  It reminds me that when times are busy and you are all over the place, life is still good!  There is a constant reminder that our days are going by faster and faster and it feels like some of the things that cross our paths, may not have meaning at the time, but God has things come across our ways for a reason.
